maintain access to the general curriculum by receiving and completing regular
classroom assignments with support of the certified I.S.S. teacher in the Alternative Learning Center.

complete their daily academic assignments.
2.Reflect and Prepare
Students will reflect on their actions, acknowledge school
policies and resources, and prepare to face similar challenges in the future by
completing a prepared In School Suspension curriculum.

ISS placement.
b.SWBAT to interpret the Higgins Middle School
handbook interms that relate to their
violation.

analyze their choices as a cause and effect, or cost vs. gains relationship.

construct a sense of power and control over their lives and actions by
investigating school resources.

illustrate a plan of action on how they will react to similar situations in the
